Introduction
In this lesson, students will learn the terms Legato and Staccato, how they are notated in music, and will practice performing a short melody with these articulations. Depending on the level of knowledge in your classroom, students can either be provided lyrics to a melody with the articulations on top, or the musical notation for the melody with articulations.
